The IkonGPS Vehicle Installation app is a utility that works only with Ikon GPS devices being operated on IkonGPS software platforms. This is the first in a series of companion applications designed to complement IkonGPS tracking solutions.
The IkonGPS Vehicle Installation app:
• Scans and associates key vehicle data points such as VIN and dealer stock number with the GPS serial number
• Performs a robust series of install validation tests
• Securely transmits data to the IkonGPS platform where it is decoded and saved
• Eliminates most of the manual data input involved in a GPS installation
IkonGPS customers can use this new app themselves or they can deploy installers with confidence knowing there is a robust security system in place that only allows the installer access for a limited time, further ensuring privacy and security.
